Easy and simply dessert for a slow cooker, perfect for those winter evenings.
Serves : 4
Requires Slow Cooker
- 1¾ Pints of Skimmed or Semi Skimmed Milk
- 4 Heaped Tbsp of Pudding Rice
- 2 ½ Tbsp Sugar
- Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Can be served either hot or cold with some added fruit or jam.
