Rice Pudding

Easy and simply dessert for a slow cooker, perfect for those winter evenings.


SERVES : 4

Requires Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1¾ Pints of Skimmed or Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 4 Heaped Tbsp of Pudding Rice
  • 2 ½ Tbsp Sugar

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

To Serve

Can be served either hot or cold with some added fruit or jam.
